Dive Team — Specialized Underwater Operations

The ESAR Dive Team is trained to operate in some of the most challenging environments—below the surface.

This division conducts underwater search and recovery operations, supporting missions where conditions are limited, visibility is low, and precision is critical.

What We Do

The Dive Team supports a range of specialized operations:

  • Underwater search and recovery

  • Evidence and object recovery

  • Support during water-related incidents

  • Assistance to local agencies when dive operations are required

These missions often take place in low visibility and difficult conditions.

 

Why It Matters

 

Underwater environments present unique challenges:

  • Limited or zero visibility

  • Strong currents and changing conditions

  • Hazardous environments

A trained dive team is essential when searches extend below the surface.
