Operational Status:
Motto: Find a way, or make one!
Land Operations provides land-based search resources in cooperation with Escambia and Santa Rosa based emergency response agencies and families. Through coordination with Communications, K9, and Aviation commands, Land Ops members learn search techniques and strategies to help bring the missing home. Land Operations also provides support functions for Marine Operations and Dive commands through overwatch and shoreline searches. Land Operations is ready to serve in urban, woodland, or post-disaster environments.

Jeremy Findley
Jeremy is an Air Force Veteran and joined ESAR in 2016. His older son has Autism and was the first Project Lifesaver International client of Autism Pensacola in 2012.
Learning about the program and organization, he joined ESAR to help other families facing similar challenges. He has SAR Tech III and II certifications from the American Safety and Health Institute and Leadership and Advanced SAR training from TEAM Solutions. From professional associations with Autism Pensacola Inc., Covenant Care, and the Escambia County Sheriff's Office to community organizations like Escambia and Santa Rosa CERT teams, he is involved in building a safer, better community through team-building and community involvement.
